Fathom Deep is constantly going through changes, from leadership to artwork. Once known as Forever Stained Tattoo, and a shop with high reputable artists and art. Now with the reputable artists and constant remodel inside and out trying to change the atmosphere with a noticeable clean look. This "New Look" comes at a slow pace as artists are constantly working but also helping with the remodel. 

The new look comes with a new ownership, and a new vision to what it should be instead of being on the same wavelength and the same "ole tattoo shop". With artists who not only can tell you that a change was needed but are able to help with your new tattoo or piercing needs. If you can imagine an artist who is willing to work with you on any type of tattoo with added flare look to these artists.

Located on Hana Highway and Hanakai Street in Kahului Hawaii, we not only tattoo locals but also tattoo tourists getting ready to leave our island with the airport only 1.6 miles away.

Fathom Deep Tattoo takes both cash and credit/debit card and prices that can't be beat on Maui let alone anywhere in Hawaii at $100/minimum and $160/hour. F.D.T. also takes a minimum of $100 deposit (non-refundable) to set a date and time plus artwork. You may pay and set an appointment over the phone as well. Artwork will be customized as long as it takes where you and your artist is happy.
